Registration opens Winter 2017.

 

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations, changes and substitution requests must be made in writing and sent to gillian.wright@informa.com or faxed to 604.631.2015 prior to March 2, 2017. Cancellations received on or before March 2, 2017 will be refunded 80% of all fees. After March 2, 2017, no refunds will be made for any cancellations or no-shows (this includes conference registration and exhibit hall entrance fees). Substitutions may be made without penalty within 24hrs of the conference.

VISA INFORMATION & LETTERS OF INVITATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES:
Pertaining to the BUILDEX Conferences in Canada; Informa does not issue formal Visa invitation letters, supporting letters, nor correspond with embassies regarding entrance to the country or attendance at the selected event.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEE REGISTRATION:
An Administration fee of $175.00 is applicable to each registration which is non-refundable. To register, please request the registration form, complete it with credit card details, include a photocopy of your passport verification page, both sides of your credit card and fax to 011-604-631-2105.
