2. Where is the tradeshow & conference located?
All functions are held at Edmonton Expo Centre at Northlands. Registration is located outside Exhibit Halls G & H near one of the main entrances. The exhibits are located in Halls G & H and seminars are in the ballroom area.
3. What is the cost to attend the trade show and/or seminars and what is included?
Walking the tradeshow floor is complimentary if you attend a seminar or book before the early bird deadline. Otherwise the cost is $25. You can register online, onsite, by mail or via fax. More information under REGISTER NOW.
Educational seminars are an additional charge and prices are indicated on the seminars page. The cost of seminars includes the entrance fee to the trade show floor.
4. Do the seminar prices include tax?
No, tax is separate and is not included in the cost of seminars.
5. Why are there two different prices for all the seminars?
This is to encourage delegates to register early and save money.
6. Is there a student rate?

7. Can I register by phone?
You must register by fax, mail or online.
8. Can I attend more than one seminar?
Our diverse program allows you to take several sessions over the course of 2 days.
9. Will there be food service at BUILDEX?
Food and beverage service is available on the exposition floor.
10. How do I pay by cheque?
Simply mail your payment along with a copy of your registration form to:

11. How do I pay by credit card?
Register online or fax (1.604.631.2105) in a copy of your registration with your credit card information, including name, number and expiry. Please do not email credit card information.

13. When can I expect my delegate badge?
If you registered before the Early Bird Deadline, you will receive your badge in the mail approximately one week before the show.
14. What if I pre-registered and I don’t receive my badge in the mail?
Don’t worry — if you have pre-registered, simply check in at the registration desk located on the Exhibition level. We would be happy to print a badge for you.
15. If I don’t pre-register, will there be a charge to attend?
Yes, the on-site charge will be $25 to enter the tradeshow.
16. Can I register for seminars at the door / on-site?
Yes, however you will have to pay the on-site registration fee and a seat for seminars cannot be guaranteed.
17. Can I bring my child?
The BUILDEX tradeshow floor is intended to be a professional Business-to-Business environment so it is highly recommended that children do not attend. In a situation where this is unavoidable, access will be allowed onto the tradeshow floor during show hours but the parent/guardian will be responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior is maintained and any unforeseen damages. No on-site daycare is available. Note: Due to the professional classroom setting, no children are allowed in the seminars.
